- STATEMENT OF WORK SUMMER BASH/LETS CELEBRATE 78 FSS/FSR SERVICES DIVISION SCOPE OF WORK-To provide a fun and entertainment package in support of let's celebrate Summer Bash scheduled for September 25 2010.Package to include set-up, break down,rides.games,and labor to support the event. GAME FOR THE EVENT-Contractor will provide activities for children, teens and adults to include but limited to: 0ne (1) full size Carousel w/ staff, one( 1) Turbo swing w/staff, one( 1)Roaring River water slide w/staff, one (1) wave of fire slide w/staff, one(1) Rock &Joust w/staff, one (3) Lane Bungee w/staff, one (1) Rock wall w/staff, one( 1) Trackless Train w/staff, one (1) Space shuttle obstacle course w/staff, one( 1) Jungle combo w/staff, one(1) wacky world w/staff, one (1) Jungle playlite w/staff, one (1) Little tykes city, one (1) Airbrush face painter, five (5) Generators, (1) one Chip shot Challenge w/staff, set up/strike 60 Event flags, misting fans, Baby changing station,4 sky Dancers. LOCATION OF THE EVENT-Robins Park located at 9 th street and Warner Robins Street on Robins AFB, GA. HOURS OF EVENT-400-800pm SET UP/BREAK DOWN DATE AND TIME-Contractor may set as early as 800: am, 24 Sept 2010.All set-ups must be completed by 11:00am the day before the event, with testing of all equipment for safety and proper operations completed. Breakdown all Equipment by 25 Sept 10 by 1200am. RAIN DATE- In the event of inclement weather and the event is cancelled, the NAFI agrees to pay the contractor the full amount; the contractor will, in turn, agree to furnish all contracted services within the calendar year (to be scheduled in agreement with all parties) at no charge. LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO THE AREA-Contractor is to ensure area is returned back to original condition; for example, holes filled in, trash removed. ELECTRICITY -Contractor will have access to standard electrical outlet located in the pavilion area. Generators are to be supplied by contractors for additional power. SAFETY AND ACCIDENT PREVENTION-The equipement, materials, and labor practices shall adhere to OSHA requirements. All safety measures must be taken to taken to prevent accidents. INSURANCE-Contractors must maintain commercial liability insurance coverings provisions of the services being rendered and worker's compensation insurance within the limits required by law. Upon timely request, provide the NAFI with certificate of insurance. WORKERS- Workers must be employees of the contractor and fully trained to operate and run the equipment and booths. Proof of employment must be shown if requested by NAFI. SECURITY-Contractors shall obtain all necessary badges and passes for contractor's employees and vehicle from security forces.loctated in building 263, before the commencement of set -up. ADVERTISEMENT-NAFI accepts the responsibility to market the event.
