- IQC10216009041. This solicitation will contain NSN 5845-00-703-3406, Amplifier, Sonar Pan. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-10-R-1060, will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) under FAR Part 12 for Commercial Acquisitions. The award will be for 1 base year and 4 option years. Solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside utilizing Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. Per the Industrial Preparedness Branch review dated August 9, 2010, Surge and Sustainment is not applicable. Per IBMS, the required delivery is 79 days ARO. Approved sources are CAGE 03487, P/N A643; CAGE 13136, P/N 106C0007-501; and CAGE 3GET4, P/N A643. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 132 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 33 each and applies to the base year only. NSN is not a Critical Safety Item per SAP review on August 10, 2010. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. Formal cost and pricing data is not required as the items have been determined Commercial-Off-The-Shelf. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on August 16, 2010. Solicitation issue date is August 31, 2010. Solicitation closing date is September 30, 2010. The estimated award date is November 4, 2010.
