- The Government intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for Forensic Drug Testing Standards for the following required drugs (see attached list) at the ASFI website: https://acquisition.army.mil. Manufacturer: Cerilliant Corporation, 811 Paloma Drive, Suite A, Round Rock, TX, 78664-2402, Phone: 800-848-7837. Calls will be placed against the BPAs when requested by the Forensic Toxicology Drug Testing Laboratory. Contractor shall provide all supplies and transportation necessary to Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. Period of performance is 1 October 2010 through 30 September 2015. NAICS is 325998, All Other Miscellaneous Chemical Product and Preparation Manufacturing. TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED.
