- Description
- 1. The Government has a requirement for Aquarium Services at the Child Care Centers located on Buckley AFB. The required services are commercial in nature, therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, shall apply to this acquisition. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials and transportation necessary to perform maintenance on 8 Aquariums (7 fresh water aquariums and 1 salt water aquarium). The Period of Performance 1 Oct 2010 through 30 Sep 2011 with 4 one year options. 2. Set-Aside: TBD 3. NAICS Code: 712130 4. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS PUBLISHED FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. 5. Note this is not a request to be placed on a solicitation mailing list nor is it a request for proposal, or an announcement of a solicitation. 6. All questions or comments must be emailed to Ms. Wendy Farnsworth, wendy.farnsworth@buckley.af.mil, Contract Specialist, by 24 Aug 2010 at 2:00 pm MST. Telephone and other means of oral communication shall not be permitted. 7. Responses shall include: (1) Company name, address, point of contact, phone/fax/email, and business size and status (e.g., small business, 8(a), veteran owned small business, service-disabled veteran owned small business, HUB Zone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women owned small business), DUNS number, and CAGE Code. (2) Proof of experience and capability of meeting requirements. Capability statements will not be accepted after the due date. No facsimile transmissions will be accepted. 8. The Government will not pay for any material provided in response to this market survey nor return the data provided. 9.
