- Evaluation Criteria Request for Proposal HSFEHQ-10-R-0141 Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43, effective July 2, 2010. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561210, Facilities Support Services. The Department of Homeland Security/Federal Emergency Management Agency (DHS/FEMA), Response Directorate (RD) is seeking to acquire Contractor support to provide all personnel, labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for facilitation, meeting, and conference management Task Orders. All interested companies shall provide proposals for the following: The period of performance is a one (1) year Base Period with four (4) one-year optional years. The contractor will work primarily from their company's office location. FOB point is Destination. Inspection and acceptance shall be at Destination by the Government. Proposals shall be evaluated on a best value basis. Provisions and clauses applicable to this acquisition are found in attached file. The provisions of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database@www.ccr.gov. The above provisions and clauses can be found at http://farsite.hill.af.mil. DPAS is not applicable to this acquisition.   Submit all questions via email to Emily Chu at Emily.Chu@fema.gov by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, Friday, August 20, 2010.
