Description
Cost Proposal Template S10-209 Subcontract Document S10-209 RFP Document S10-209 The PLT application that will be delivered I includes specifications for implementation of an open source application. The project will be funded and implemented via four major program components which are described below. It is the intention here for the development team to provide resources to develop a PLT application that is capable of being deployed to organizations in the NCI-supported clinical research community as part of their operations. The development team shall use caBIG® Enterprise Conformance and Compliance Framework (ECCF) to iteratively develop and deploy the PLT application. The associated use cases need to be refined and harmonized with the Business Architecture Model (BAM) and BRIDG model to achieve caBIG® compliance. Lessons learned at the end of each iteration and deployment will be used to improve PLT specifications and the PLT application as a whole. See Statement of Work for furhter detail.
