SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE: This is not a request for quote. Please do not send pricing information. Seeking sources that can provide the following items manufactured by NovaSure Healthcare Professionals. The brand name is Novasure Ablation Device Desposable. The Government is looking for brand name or equal products : 1) Product Number: 13588 Please respond via e-mail ONLY. Your response should identify your company name, point of contact with contact information, indicate all areas you are capable of providing service, capabilities statement and identify your business size, and if you are (by the definitions in the FAR) any of the following: Small Business, 8(a) disadvantaged, disadvantaged, woman-owned, veteran-owned, service disabled veteran owned or HUB Zone certified.
