Description

FAR clause 52-212-1 Instruction to Offerors-commercial items (June 2008) Statement of work for this solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offers are due in the designated contracting office by 10:00 am Eastern time September 3, 2010. Offers may be express mailed, mailed or hand delivered. The solicitation number is HHSN-263-2010-(GZ)-0008, and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 12 effective 1/24/2003.
