- DESCRIPTION: PR# 0018565735, 5962-01-229-5857. Approved source(s): RAYTHEON COMPANY (4U8847) P/N 3921191-1 and /or P/N 655544-1. This requirement is for a total of 14 each; 14 each to be delivered to Robins AFB, GA 31098-1887 within 90 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/RFP on its issue date of May, 2010. Hard copies of this solicitation are NOT available. This is an unrestricted procurement. Drawing /Specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis date. Various increments solicited: from 1 Each to 9 Each; 10 Each to 24 Each; 25 Each to 49 Each; 50 Each to 99 Each. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 5962. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). Approved source(s) are: RAYTHEON COMPANY (4U884) P/N 392119-1 and/or P/N 655544-1; while price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
