Description
Information/Pictures for KC-135 Seats The 97th Contracting Squadron hereby issues the following combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a requirement will be competed as a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation number F1B2C10166A001 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. This acquisition is classified under North American Industry Classification System code 488190. Please ensure that the offeror's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) reflect the business size under NAICS CODE 488190. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be issued in writing. Altus AFB, Oklahoma has a requirement for: 3 EA REFURBISHED Double First Class Airline Sleeper Seat Fabric Color: Air Force Blue *Seat must require no power to operate *Seat must be a 2-person seat *Maximum width of seat studs shall be no larger than 29 inches. *Must conform to one of the following configurations: Option 1: 3 forward facing seats Option 2: 2 forward facing seats; 1 aft facing seat *Must be accompanied w/ an FAA Form 8130-3, FAA Airworthiness Approval Tag *Must be accompanied w/ an FAA Form 8110-3, Burn Certificate *Seat must face forward unless FAA Form 8130-3 states the seat is certified for the aft facing direction. Seats certified for aft facing direction must face aft. A single award will be made from this solicitation based on price.
