- REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 9,402 rentable square feet (RSF) to yield approximately 8,176 ANSI/BOMA square feet of contiguous office space preferably on one floor in Syracuse, NY. Offered space must be fully serviced and located in a prime commercial office district capable of being altered or constructed to meet the Government’s specifications. Site must be located outside the 100-year flood plain. Sub-leases are not acceptable. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. A minimum of 15 inside, secure parking spaces shall be available, preferably at no additional cost, for government vehicles. Additional parking should be available within a 2-block radius of the office. The offered space must meet Government requirements for security, fire safety and handicapped accessibility. LEASE TERM: 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after 5 years. DELINEATED AREA: North: At the intersection of Interstate I-81North & I-481 continue south east East: I-481 south to intersection of Cnty Rd 92 South: I-481 intersects with I-81 South to Cnty Rd. 173, West Seneca Turnpike West: Cnty Rd. 173 continue north to Cnty Rd 80, Valley Dr. north to S.Geddes St. north to Bear St. West north to I-81 North to Intersection of I-81 & I-481 Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information: address/location of site, square footage, name, address, telephone number and email address of individual to be contacted, name of recorded owner, and evidence of authority to represent the owner. All expressions of interest must be received by August 20, 2010.
