- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number M00681-10-T-0171 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-41 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement, current to DCN 20100430. The North American Classification System Code is 115310 and the small business size standard is $7M. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, California, has a requirement for the following items: CLIN 001: Bulk Delivery of Class A Foam Concentrate and (9) 260 gallon containers/totes (Contractor owned and maintained). to MCB CPEN Fire Department STA 1, STA 2, STA 3, STA 4, STA 5, STA 6, STA 7, STA 8, STA 9. Please see attached for ESTIMATED quantity for each station. Storage Containers shall hold 260 gallons. Contract award will be based on quote that provides the best value to the government considering technical acceptability, price, and delivery within 15 days of award. All items shipped to Address above (Stations 1-9) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vender whose quotation conforming to the solicitation; will be most advantageous to the Government. The vender should also provide its Commercial and Government Entity (Cage) code, Contractor Establishment code (DUNS number) and Tax Identification Number.
