Description: The tower shall be manufactured of galvanized steel or aluminum. A stairway shall provide access from ground level to the top of the tower. The top of the tower shall contain a platform of galvanized steel or aluminum of the same dimensions of the tower. The metal railings at least 42" high shall be constructed around the entire perimeter of the platform. The stairway steps shall be a minimum of 14" wide. The top platform shall have a guardrail in compliance with OSHA Standard 1910.23.
