Description

The Carderock Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCCD) has been tasked to provide resources required by the naval community. In support of this effort, this solicitation is being issued in pursuant to the procedures of FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a) (13) applies. The proposed contract action is for supplies needed for two (2) steel plates. This solicitation is being posted to both the federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://ww.fbo.gov/ and Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps, (http://www.fedbizopp.gov and/or NECO, https://www.neco.navy.mil/ and is responsible for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. Only those offerors that provided a proposal will be provided changes made after the closing date and considered for future discussions and/or award. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside; NAICS code 332313, number of employees; 500. Interested parties may forward their capabilities statements and quotes to the Government POC: Ancilla Garcia-Coolidge on or before 08/24/2010 referencing RFQ N00167-10-T-0130.
