Description

EFFECTIVE 20 AUGUST 2010 IMPORTANT NOTE : In an effort to avoid contractor's piecing together the Solicitation Package, a COMPLETE package of the Bid Set has been provided under the File marked as "Amendment 8" (which contains the USACE's Amendment Number 0002 for bidding purposes). Note that the Solicitation document has not been modified or altered from its original form as first issued on 4 August 2010 and the Technical Specifications and Plans have not been changed since their resubmission under Amendment 0001 (dated, 6 August 2010). Bidders shall ensure that they Acknowledge all Amendments issued against the Solicitation; thus far, only two Amendments have been issued (see Files attached to FBO on 6 August 2010 and 20 August 2010). To conclude, interested Bidders can successfully download the entire Bid Set by accessing the file marked as Amendment 0008, which is attached within this FBO Notice.
