- Please provide quote on this attachment. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number AG-03R6-S-10-0076 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation can be found in full text format at https://www.acquisition.gov/far/. This is a total small business set-aside and the small business size standard is 100 employees. The North American Industry Classification Code is 423850. A quotation is requested for 50 (Fifty) -1800 US Gallon Capacity Self Supporting Forestry Tanks and 10 (Ten) -3000 US Gallon Capacity Self Supporting Forestry Tanks equivalent to Husky brand with 28 oz. collar and sidewall material, 35 oz. base material, two 2.5 inch FNH inlet/outlet flanges w/plugs included for each tank. To be delivered to the Northern Rockies Fire Cache, 5765 West Broadway, Missoula MT 59808 - FOB: Destination (all delivery costs via standard truck freight included in quoted price). Tanks should be delivered within 3 weeks of awarded Purchase Order and must ship complete. For Technical Questions please contact Bonny Resner, (406) 329-4949. Please provide quote on attached schedule of items form. The awarded Purchase Order will be a firm fixed price contract for supply. The Western Montana Acquisition Zone (WMAZ) serves as the Forest Service contracting office for Western Montana and is located in Missoula, MT. The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price and Delivery Offers submitted must include past performance information, experience, and price. In addition, offerors will include with their offer a completed copy of the FAR provision 52.212-3, Offer Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. Offeror may print a copy of their ORCA registration to meet this provisions requirements and submit with offer. The FAR clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition.
