- Description
- The United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 9,186 square feet of rentable space in the Batavia, OH area. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 7,988, to a maximum of 8,387 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet, available for use by the Government for personnel, furnishings and equipment. On site parking is desired for 42 vehicles. The proposed lease is for 13 years / 10 years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than July 1, 2012. Delineated Area - Offered properties must be within the following boundaries: North: US 50 East: Rt. 133 South: Hwy 125 West: Olive Branch Rd. After an on-site survey by a Government representative, the area of consideration may be revised depending on a review of the overall mission of the Government agency to be housed in the space. The offered space must be fully serviced and altered to meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility Standards. Sub-leased and below-grade space is not acceptable, nor does the Government occupy space within a Flood Plain. Proposals from brokers or agents should be accompanied by evidence of their authorization to represent the ownership. Expressions of interest should include building name and address, or if new construction, the site location.
