- Replace Panel Board Power Services, Memphis Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), Memphis, TN The FAA, Eastern Logistics Service Area has a requirement for the Replacement of Panel Board Power Services at the Memphis Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), 3229 Democrat Road, Memphis, TN 38118-1513. Issue date for solicitation: Friday, August 20, 2010Due date for offers: Friday, September 9, 2010Start date for performance: January 2011 This requirement is set aside 100% for Small Business Administration Certified Small and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB 8(a)). The NAICS Code is 238210 (Electrical Contractors and other wiring Installation Contractors), Primary business location MUST be in the state of Tennessee. Offers are due: Friday September 9, 20104:00 p.m. To be considered for the award of this project, the contractor must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (website: www.ccr.gov). Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
