- Description
- The 802d Contracting Squadron, Lackland Air Force Base intends to award a sole-source contract to Lone Star Flight Museum, 2002 Teriminal DR, Galveston TX, 77554 for aerial performance using the Vietnam War ERA aircraft. The proposed contract action is for services in which the Government intends to award to one source under authority of FAR 13. This requirement is subject to 'Availability of Funds', IAW FAR 52.232-19 and will only be awarded once funds become available. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all propoosals received by close of business 01 October 2010. No solicitation or request for quote is currently available. The government will not be responsible for costs incurred in preparation of any quotation.
