- The United States Army Contracting Command Joint Munitions & Lethality Contracting Center, Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey 07806-5000, has an immediate need to procure approximately 15,000 each Part Number 9258630 (Rev G) Safe & Arming (S&A) devices, used in the M739 Point Detonate (PD) Artillery Fuze. These S&As must be delivered no later than 15 February 2011, in order to support the 155mm M825A1 White Phosphorous (WP) Smoke Projectile. The US Government plans on procuring this item on a sole source basis from Action Manufacturing Company, 100 East Erie Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19134.
