- This post-award notification on Sump Covers project is made pursuant to FAR 15.503: All SDVOSB vendors were solicited by our contracting office on this RFQ through www.FBO.gov. Two vendors submitted a proposal to our office for consideration. All proposals were reviewed carefully by the Engineering Department, including by its Chief of Engineering, and by the Contracting Department, including its Chief of Contracting. This RFP is LPTA without discussions to SDVOSB vendors having known/proven past-performance. On 08/18/2010 Legion Construction was awarded this contract in the amount of $76,650.00
