- This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to SpringActive, Inc. 1537 E. Northshore Drive, Tempe, AZ 85283, to build, demonstrate, and provide a brushless motor tendon-muscle control system with two tuned brushless motor muscle/tendon actuators. This requirement is a continuation design project in collaboration with the USMA Cadets. The applicable NAICS is 339113 and the size standard is 500. The award estimated amount is $46,000. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. There will be no solicitation available.
