- This action has been awarded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of2009. In compliance with this Act, the Government posts this notice that Modification 6to contract NNJ09JA24C was awarded to provide equitable adjustment for repairs toelectrical conduit and wiring, water lines and sprinkler lines, and for costs associatedwith hand-digging new holes to a depth of three feet for light pole foundations (piers)in order to avoid additional damage to the electrical conduit and wiring, water lines andsprinkler lines that sustained damage because the physical location of these itemsdiffered from their location as depicted on the contract drawings provided to thecontractor.<P>Modification 6 extended the period of performance on CLIN 1 for contract NNJ09JA24C asallowed per contract clause 52.243-4 Changes.<P>NNJ09JA24C is a firm fixed price contract that was awarded to All American BrothersCompany, LLC under the Small Business Administration 8(a) program, using the PartnershipAgreement between NASA and the Small Business Administration in accordance with FAR 19.8and the authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5).
