- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Puerto Rico Army National Guard has a requirement to install of 10 Nortel PBX Systems with configurations and integration of additional components and licenses as per Statement of Work. Contractor shall also include the installation and repair of required wiring, racks and cable management, purchase and installation, including set up of end user telephones. The Nortel PBX System will be provided by the Government. Contractor shall install all systems and it will be performing all works at the following Locations: Joint Forces Headquarters San Juan Puerto Rico Camp Santiago Training Center Salinas Puerto Rico Fort Allen Training Site Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico United States Property and Fiscal Office - Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico Vega Baja Armory, Vega Baja, Puerto Rico 296th Infantry Bn. Armory, Mayaguez, Puerto Rico 190th Engineer Bn. Armory, Caguas, Puerto Rico Ponce Armory, Ponce, Puerto Rico Army Aviations Support Facility, Isla Grande, San Juan, Puerto Rico Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be at the Joint Forces Headquarters on the 25-August-2010 at 1400. All information will be discussed on the Pre-Bid Meeting. The Following are the proposed mandatory site visits. 7-Sep-2010 Site Visit for; USPFO- 0900, FT Buchanan- 1000, JFHQ- 1300, Hangar 21- 1430 8 Sep 2010 Site Visit for Mayaguez- 0900, Ponce- 1045, Fort Allen- 1300, Camp Santiago- 1430 9 Sep 2010 Site Visit for Vega Baja- 0900, Caguas- 1230 The government has determined that pre-bid conference and site visits are mandatory no exemption will be made. Offer due date is 14-Sep-2010 at 1400 at the USPFO for Puerto Rico, Building 540 Borinqueneer Road, Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, 00934. Visitor pass is required to enter on all Military Installations.
