- This Pre-Solicitation Notice is issued under the authority of FAR 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. The Project Manager (PM), Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP) in coordination with the National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC) intends to award a sole source bridge contract to support AESIPs integration, convergence, and organic capability objectives through resources for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) development, sustainment, and hub services. Solicitation Number W91QUZ-10-R-0014. The contract type will be a Time and Materials (T&M) with a period of performance of 12 months, which includes a 6-month base period and three 2-month option periods. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541519 (Other Computer Related Services). The award will be made to Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), 3160 Fairview Park Drive, Falls Church, VA 22042-4516 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. CSC is providing invaluable support services in knowledge transfer of information to the Government including blueprinting, design, development, test, sustainment, implementation and infrastructure optimization services. The award of this bridge contract will allow PM AESIP continued support pending the award of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Enterprise Application Services (EAS), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ), Small Business Set Aside due to be awarded in March 2011.
