Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Signal Intelligence, 2310 Shade Tree Lane, San Jose, CA 95131. The justification is Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This equipment must be compatible with existing Signal Intelligence equipment already in use and must interface with an existing network architecture. This procurement is for the purchase the following parts: 7ea TenTex RX-340 Digital HF Receivers 6ea Spectrum Enterprise Radio Monitoring Software Suite 6ea TSRSAD Speech Activity Software for Enterprise This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all capability statements received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
