- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is ET133C10RQ1385. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a Sole Source basis with IVS 3D, 30 Maplewood Avenue, Suite 205, Portsmouth, NH 03801 for the following: One (1) each IVS 3D Commercial FM Pro BundleV7 software. Multi-platform software includes: Software Suite (Fidermaus, Dmagic, Command Op, Crosscheck, Vessel Manager, Route Planner, FMGeocoder), Printed materials, First Year of support maintenance. The delivery will be made to CCFHR, 101 Pivers Island Road, Beaufort, NC 28516 on or about 15 September 2010. The resulting purchase order will be issued as a 'Firm-Fixed Price' purchase order. In order to comply with the debt collection improvement act of 1966, all contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for an award of a federal contract. For information regarding registration in CCR contact the CCR website at www.ccr.gov/index.cfm. The FSC for this is 7030 and the NAICS Code is 541511. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44, FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (June 2008) applies. FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representation and Certification-Commercial Items (August 2009) - Offerors must include a completed copy of its provision with their offer or complete only paragraph (j) of the provision if the offeror has completed the annual representation and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. If an offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the ORCA website; the offeror shall complete only paragraphs (b) through (i) of this provision; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (June 2010) and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (July 2010) applies and the following additional FAR clauses cited in the clause at paragraph (b) are applicable to this acquisition, as such consider the following clauses checked, (1), (2), (39), and (42). The following addenda or additional terms and conditions apply: None. No Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS) rating is assigned.
