- The purpose of this amendment is to cancel synopsis SPRTA1-10-R-0038 and combine it with synopsis SPRTA1-10-R-0423-0002. SYNOPSIS: J85 Lubricating Cooler 1. Estimated Solicitation issue date 17 Nov 09 and estimated closing/response date 16Dec 09.2. RFP #: SPRTA1-10-R-00383. PR#: FD2030-10-704224. Nomenclature/Noun: Lubricating Cooler5. Description: Dimensions: The size/dimension information: L 12.5 InchesW 3.75 inches/H 4.8 inches. The oil cooler is attached by its front casting to the pump mounting flange located on thr frontof the oil tank and locates ina recess formed into the outside of the tank. The oil cooler is a liquid to liquid heat exchanger.This item is used to cool the engine oil using fuel as a cooling medium.11. Award of a 3 year IDIQ is contemplated: Total 3 year BEQ is 61 each; FY2010 20 each; FY2011 20 each; FY2012 21 each; Total contract Max quantity is 92 each.12. Required Delivery: 3 each monthly beginning 31 Sep 2010. 13. Mandatory Language: Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR 52.209-1. AWARD WILL NOT BE WITHHELD AWAITING QUALFICATION. Potential sources are not to utilize intellectual property developed by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or any third party.
