- The deadline for submitting Industry proposals, to National Maritime Intelligence Center (NMIC), has been extended until February 1, 2011. The anticipated date for the Blue Dragon Exercise will be in the Spring of 2011. Industry proposals are to be submitted to NMIC at the following URL: https://nmic.nrl.navy.mil/nmic-cgi/bluedragon/index.pl. Industry proposals may also be submitted to the following address: National Maritime Intelligence Center 4251 Suitland Road Washington, D.C. 20395 ATTN: NMIC-Technology Innovation Collaboration Environment DO NOT SEND CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS. For any proposal related to current or previously funded Government work, the offeror should submit the proposal to the sponsor for classification review prior to submission. If any submission contains classified information, the offeror shall send unclassified placeholder e-mail, and state that a classified proposal is en route. Classified proposals shall then be mailed or delivered to the following address: National Maritime Intelligence Center 4251 Suitland Road Washington, DC 20511 ATTN: Security The document identifier must be clearly identified on the mailed submittal. Classified proposals (up to SECRET) must be appropriately and clearly marked (including all paragraphs and pages containing the subject data), packaged, and shipped in accordance with classified material handling procedures and security regulations pertaining to the level of classification. Industry proposals are NOT to be submitted to Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division.
