Description: Industry Day briefing by Program Director and Contracting Officer - 29 Jul 2010 Director's Brief from Industry Day 29 Jul 2010 Comment Matrix - Due by 4:00PM CST on 27 Aug 2010 DRAFT Section L of DRFP PCO letter dated 24 Aug 2010 The purpose of this notice is to: 1) Post a PCO Letter regarding the draft of Section L, 2) Post the DRAFT Section L of the Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) document for industry review and comment, 3) post the Industry Day slides, and 4) Update the contracting officer email address to submit the comments matrix and future questions/comments. Industry is advised that the final Request for Proposal (RFP), when posted, will supersede any draft information posted to date. The final RFP will represent the Government’s requirement. Also note that the industry day slides were accurate as of the date they were shown (29 July 2010), but the Government may make normal revisions to some of the information shown (e.g., date for award and contents of SOO and section M). Written comments/questions on the posted DRAFT Section L are due to this office no later than 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on August 27, 2010. All comments must be submitted on the comment matrix in accordance with the updated instructions in the attached PCO letter. Verbal comments or questions will not be accepted. Comments/questions should be submitted to the NEW email address at MDARFP10R0027@mda.mil.
