- The US Army Medical Command, Pacific Regional Contracting Office, Tripler AMC, Hawaii has a requirement for a Coag Dx Analyzer. Request for Quotation W81K02-10-T-0076 for this requirement will be available on or about 24 August 2010 at the ASFI website: https://acquisition.army.mil. This requirement is to be quoted all or non, and is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures. There are no set-aside restrictions for this requirement. The intended procurement will be classified under NAICS code 334510 with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees, the SIC is 3845. All prospective offerors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR.) Offerors may register online at https://www.ccr.gov. Delivery shall be DIRECT to Tripler AMC, Hawaii. THE FOLLOWING SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS MUST BE MET: 1. MUST RUN FRESH OR CITRATED WHOLE BLOOD 2.
