- The Nebraska Western Iowa Healthcare System will be soliciting proposals for various pieces of equipment for a Dental Lab at the Omaha (NE) Division. A Request for Quotations (VA-263-10-RQ-0498) will be issued on or about August 24, 2010. A complete schedule will be published with the RFQ. All items listed on the schedule are being solicited as 'Brand Name or Equal' with the product numbers provided from one specific vendor. The government is not responsible to make available paper copies. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. If contractors will submit questions, they are strongly encouraged to do so within three (3) calendar days after issuance of the Request for Quotations (RFQ). Verbal questions will not be addressed. All responses to questions which may affect offers will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking this web-site for any solicitation amendments that may be issued throughout the proposal period. Offer due date and time for proposals will be included in the solicitation document. This procurement is set aside 100% for Small Businesses (SB). Contractors are required to be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before contract award. NAICS Code for this requirement is 423450. Size standard is 100 employees.
