- The United States Government seeks to lease Class "A" office space consisting of approximately 1,311 rentable square feet in Queens, NY within the following delineated area: Northern Boundary: 31 st Ave to Astoria Blvd to Northern Blvd to 35th Ave Southern Boundary: Queens Midtown Expy to Long Island Expy to College Point Blvd to Sanford Ave Eastern Boundary: Parsons Blvd Western Boundary: 21 st st The space should yield between 1,140 to 1,197 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Parking is required for 1 vehicle. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 1, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Additional requirements for this project: 1 reserved parking space for a government vehicle; office will consist of 1 private office, 5 modular/powered workstations (4 open-area, 1 reception area), conference room, and storage room.
