- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-West, Presidio of Monterey has a new requirement to install an electric gate operator, visitor control and exiting phones, asphalt replacement, CCTV and Monitors, electrical conduit wiring and lighting, Communication conduit and wiring for Marine and Army Reserve Headquarters buildings in Concord, Ca. All current natural grass, vegetation will be repaired. Solicitation number W9124N-10-T-0139 will be available on or about 27 Aug 2010. A SITE VISIT is scheduled for 8 September 2010 at 9:00 AM (PACIFIC TIME). Site Visit Location is: PFC BACCIGLIERI USAR CTR, 3225 WILLOW PASS ROAD, CONCORD CA 94519-2549 The primary Site Visit POC is Mr. Gerry McClelland, (925) 817-9790. Alternate Site Visit POC: Floyd Reed, (650) 965-4393. Proposals are due 15 September 2010 at 2:30 pm (PACIFIC TIME). This acquisition is a 100 percent set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238990 with a size standard of $14 Million. Performance period is 120 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Payment and performance bonds are required for this project and must be submitted within fifteen days after contract award. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. Solicitation number W9124N-10-T-0139 will be available on or about 27 Aug 2010 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov) and the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/). NO paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (www.ccr.gov), prior to award of a government contract.
