- Final Request for Proposal CBO is now issuing the final Request for Proposal (RFP) for A/V Upgrade for Conference Rooms at the Congressional Budget Office's facilities located in Washington, DC. The government anticipates awarding a Fixed Price contract. This procurement is a full and open competition. The NAICS Code and small business size standard for this procurement are 334310 and 750 employees, respectively. The offer due date is September 8, 2010 by 5:00PM local time (Eastern). The contract will be awarded by September 30, 2010. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement are available only over the Internet, at FedBizOpps and at CBO. These documents will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the CBO Procurement Opportunities page is http://www.cbo.gov/procurement/opps.cfm. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the RFP and amendments (if any).
