- Description
- This contract action was not awarded as a fixed price type because uncertainties involved in contract performance did not permit costs to be estimated with sufficient accuracy to use any type of fixed price contract. As such, a cost-reimbursement type action was awarded (FAR 16.301-2). The U.S Army RDECOM Contracting Center, Natick Contracting Division, Natick, MA 01760, awarded a cost plus fixed fee contract to Creare, Inc., of 16 Great Hollow Road, Hanover, NH 03755-3116. The contractor submitted a research and development proposal under the 09-11 Natick BAA, entitled, Modeling and Testing for Improved IPE Aerosol Protection.
