- Description
- This sources sought is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran owned businesses. The United States Military Academy (USMA) intends to make an award as a requirements contract. The contractor shall support technical and administrative tasks, described herein, as they pertain to the IkeNet research project. The contractor shall manage the issue, turn-in and maintenance of 70 to 100 blackberries for participants in the IkeNet social network analysis research project. This includes assisting participants with technical support and serving as a liaison between the Network Enterprise Center (NEC) and the participants. The IkeNet study develops methods to detect changes in organizational behavior over time by unobtrusively monitoring e-mail header data using network analysis. The contractor will also coordinate with the blackberry service provider and the designated Government Credit Cardholder for connectivity, ordering, billing, and payments on the account. Contractor shall collect and manage social network data from e-mail header files of participants in the IkeNet social network analysis research project. Contractor shall manipulate data for research. Contractor shall support meetings and conferences associated with network analysis research projects. Contractor deliverables include preparing data in the form of an Excel spreadsheet and an XML proprietary format. Period of Performance is from 09/25/10 to 09/24/2011.
