Description: The CECOM Contracting Center intends to solicit and award a multiple award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) services contract, with Time-and-Materials (T&M), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), and Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) task orders for a period of five (5) years for the Total Engineering and Integration Services (TEIS III) Program in support of the U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command (ISEC). The required services will include planning, design, development, engineering, implementation, procurement, logistics, evaluation, Information Assurance, sustainment and ancillary services for Information and Communication Systems. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards. Awards will be made based on the best overall (i.e., best value) proposals that are determined to be the most beneficial to the Government. Specifications of performance, delivery and location will be provided on a Task Order basis. Any interested offerors should monitor the Interactive Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil for updated schedules including the anticipated solicitation release date as well as the anticipated award date. This acquisition will be based on full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification Systems code (NAICS) for this effort is 541512, Computer Systems Design Services which has a small business size standard of $25 mil. The U.S. Army CECOM Contracting Center has established the IBOP website as part of the Army's Single Face to Industry, to allow electronic posting of Solicitation for Request for Proposals (RFP's) from CECOM Contracting Center to industry. All parties interested in viewing the solicitation and/or submitting a proposal should register with the IBOP by calling the IBOP at 1-888-414-2677 or by visiting the IBOP and registering under User Services, User Registration. Further additional documents and information can be downloaded from the IBOP as instructed above.
