This requirement is sole-sourced to the contractors below, for eachinterchangeable NSN and P/N, due to suitable technical data,governmental data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not availableto permit acquisition from other sources.Sole Source Contractor: GE Aviation Systems, LLC., 1680-01-008-7442 RK,P/N L16-107.Sole Source Contractor: CEF Industries, Inc., 1680-01-279-3544 RK, P/N8526.An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from Offerors orpotential Offerors during the proposal development phase of thisacquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish theauthority of the program director or contracting officer, but tocommunicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, andrecommendations to the appropriate government personnel. Whenrequested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as tosource of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in theevaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. Interestedparties are invited to call the Ombudsman at (405) 734-8253. DO NOT CALLTHIS NUMBER FOR SOLICITATION REQUESTS.Based upon market research, the Government is not using policiescontained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in itssolicitation for the described supplies or services.
