- RFQP05101000015-1ST QUARTER SUBSISTENCE-MEATS The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, La Tuna, Anthony, Texas intends to issue solicitation RFQP05101000015 for the requirements of : QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE - MEATS (MEAT & MEAT PRODUCTS MERCHANT WHOLESALERS). This solicitation is unrestricted, FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin October 12, 2010 and ends November 12, 2010. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution La Tuna, 8500 Doniphan Rd., Anthony, Texas 79821. The contract type is firm-fixed type. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offers(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 27, 2010 and will be posted to the General Service Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fpo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parities are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that the have the most up to date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is September 10, 2010. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)if the total amount awarded exceeds $30,000.00, otherwise payment will be made using the Government Purchase Card. All offers must be registered in CCR at http://www.ccr.gov. Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representation and certifications via the On Line Representation and Certification Application (OCRA) at http://www.ocra/bpn.gov. Faith Bases and Community Bases Organizations (Aug 2005) Faith based and Community bases organization can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
