Description: The United States Geological Survey has a requirement for pressure cleaning all wood siding, replacing all rotten and broken boards, and applying two coats of exterior stain at building #205 at the Leetown Science Center, Kearneysville, WV 25430. Work will be completed by September 30, 2010. Pressure clean all wood siding to remove all loose stain and mildew. Apply two coats of exterior solid hide stain to prep wood siding and clean up loose materials. RFQ 10ERQQ0498 will be issued on or about 08/31/2010 with written quotes due on or about 09/10/2010. The magnitude of construction is no greater than $20,000. The NAICS code is 238190 The anticipated award date of the contract is 09/17/2010. A vendor must be registered at http://www.ccr.gov to be awarded the contract. All responsible sources may submit a bid or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
