Description

Place of Performance Representations & Certifications Specification CRFD/PD 04-07A dated 6/11/2007 Cover Letter & Solicitation documents This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.3, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The solicitation number is CT2024-10. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. The North American Industry Classification System (NAIC) code is 315999 (other apparel accessories & other apparel manufacturing) and small business size standard is 500. This acquisition is unrestricted. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a firm-fixed price, Requirements type contract for delivery to the UNICOR facilities located at FCI Waseca, MN & FCI Englewood, CO. The period of performance shall be three (3) years from date of award. The product is a commercial item, heat application Air Force logo & heat application AF chevron for use on PFU trunks.
