- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N68836-10-R-0079 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are current through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-43. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns only. The NAICS Code is 423450, size standard is 100 employees. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. Award will be a single award all or none basis.
