- Description
- The Pacific Regional Contracting Office (PRCO) at TAMC intends to award a firm-fixed price, non-personal service contract for medical records storage services for the Patient Administration Division located at Tripler AMC, Hawaii. This requirement is for a period of performance from 01 September 2010 through 31 August 2011 (Base and Four option years). Required features of the storage facility includes but is not limited to: (1) Exceeded recommended ANSI standards (2) Central alarm system; contact on all doors (3) Separated sprinkle system (4) Smoke, sound and motion detection system (5) Above the flood plane, not in the tsunami flood plane (6) 24 hour electronic and service monitoring by fire/police The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 493110 and the annual size standard is $25.5 Million. This solicitation package will be available on both the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/) and the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/)on or about 09 September 2010. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued and no solicitation mailing list will be compiled.
