- Question 1: What type of bonding instrument are you going to require, Service, Performance, or some other type? Response: Required only by the successful awardee of the contract. 100% Performance Bond to be submitted on SF1418 and 100% Payment Bond to be submitted on SF1416. Question 2: Will the Contract Award constitute the Permit to Conduct the required studies or will the successful bidder be required to either already hold a NPS ZION Permit or apply for one? Response: Successful Contractor shall have a valid permit issued by SHPO and will not need a permit issued by Zion.
