- Raised Floor Rolling Shelf System Stationary Metal Shelves (2 of 2) Stationary Metal Shelves (1 of 2) Solicitation Entry Authorization List THIS INFORMATION PERTAINS TO SOLICITATION FA2543-10-T-0017: This is a solicitation notice for Buckley AFB, CO to provide supply room furniture for the Airman and Family Readiness Center at Buckley AFB, Colorado. The contractor shall provide all parts, labor, materials and transportation necessary to disassemble and remove existing shelving units to on-site dumpsters and to install new shelving/storage units for both the front and back storage rooms of the Airman & Family Readiness Center in accordance with this Statement of Work. The contractor shall verify all actual measurements and conduct field surveys, site investigations, and testing. Additionally, the contractor shall perform to the standards in accordance with this SOW. The Government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. A SITE VISIT will be held on 17 Aug 10 at 10:00 am MT. An Entry Authorization Letter (EAL) is required. EAL must include company name, date, and lists the individuals who will be visiting the installation. Include name, DOB, drivers license, and last four of SSAN for each individual. Email EAL to the Contract Specialist, Wendy Farnsworth, no later than 12 Aug 10 at 1200 noon MT. Offeror are to fill out solicitation with proposed quote. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet site: http://www.ccr.gov/) and will be required to submit their invoice via WAWF (See Internet Site: http://www.wawftraining.com). All offeror must submit their representations and certifications at the On-line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov.
