- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division, Keyport intends to award on a sole-source basis an order for chassis, backplanes and power supplies to Elma Electronic Inc., 44350 S. Grimmer Blvd., Fremont, CA 94538-6385. These items will be used in racks for the NFCS (Navy Fire Control System). Only Elma parts can be used in the NFCS system. A firm fixed price contract with option quantities is planned as follows. Base quantities: (8) CPCI Chassis, (2) Backplanes and (8) power supplies. Option quantities are as follows: (6) CPCI Chassis, (1) Backplane and (6) power supplies. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Questions may be e-mailed to lara.staley@navy.mil. Numbered Note 26 applies.
