- This is SOLE SOURCE procurement announcement, not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). - The National Park Service, The National Parks of New York Harbor intends to award a sole source, fixed-price purchase order to Reilly Construction, Chantilly, VA in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 8A provisions of Part 19.8 and Part 6.302-5 (b) (4). The purpose of this purchase order is for general installation of an elastomeric acrylic coating system on the roof of the facility maintenance building located at Ft. McHenry National Monument, 2400 E. Fort Ave, Baltimore MD, 21230. The work of this contract consists of Provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to install spray applied elastomeric acrylic coating system as outlined in this specification to preserve and extend the service life of metal roofing. The estimated price range of this effort is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code 238160.
