- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Smart Desk Horizon Line, Item Number DHL-722628-L23. Description: Double Laptop Safe Table; contoured front and back edges and squared side edges; two FIL-23 flipIT laptop-safes installed; includes 6 outlet power strip with 10 cord, 1 x 3 J style wire management channel, matching 10 modesty panel; 72 W x 26 D x 28 H, Qty. 42. This requirement is sole sourced to CBT Supply, Inc. dba SMART DESKS, PO Box 391, Hibernia, NJ 07842-0391, as they are the only company that makes these desks. Any firms believing that they can provide this specific product may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship.
