- See Attached Statement of Work and Map.Line Item 0017AC - Level III According to the National Fuels Reduction IDIQ Contract. Please note that the evaluation factors can and will be used to award to the biddor whose quote reflects the best value to the Government. Please supply an ample explanation of your methods, plan, number of employees, equipment, etc... to fulfill the requirements of this task order. The Fuels Reduction IDIQ allows the Prime Contractor awarded the contract to use subcontractors, however, the Prime must not subcontract over 50% of the work out. Please keep this in mind when preparing your quote. Quotes shall be submitted via FedConnect.
